Easement over Gainsborough Reserve.
Pursuant to Section 48(2) of the Reserves Act 1977, Christchurch City Council notifies its intention to create an easement over part of Gainsborough reserve described in the schedule below, to protect existing Orion kiosks and underground cables. This easement is formalising an existing occupation of Orion infrastructure.

- Approximately 175m2 along the Southern boundary of Res 4717 Canterbury District
