Easement over Iona Reserve
4 Iona Place, Sockburn – Easement over Iona Reserve
Pursuant to Section 48(2) of the Reserves Act 1977, Christchurch City Council notifies its intention to create an easement over the part of Iona Reserve described in the Schedule below to protect an Orion kiosk and associated services. The kiosk will house electrical equipment and cables.

- Approximately 5.5 m2 of Lot 26 Deposited Plan 44468.
Any person wishing to object to the proposal may do so in writing addressed to:
