The Stage 3 Pre-Hearing Meetings have been scheduled as set out on the following page. All submitters who have indicated they wish to be heard are invited to attend the Pre- Hearing Meetings.
Please note that as a result of directions made by the Hearings Panel, at the request of the Council during Stage 1 and Stage 2 hearings and in Stage 2 pre hearing meetings, some provisions from Stage 1 and Stage 2 have been deferred to be heard during Stage 3. If submitters are unclear as to which hearing their matter has been deferred to please contact the Council at dpreview@ccc.govt.nz in the first instance.
Any submitter who wishes to attend a Pre-Hearing Meeting is required to RSVP to the Secretariat by 1pm, Thursday 22 October as follows:

- The relevant Stage Submitter number
- Submitter name
- The Pre-Hearing Meeting(s) the submitter wishes to attend
- Whether the submitter has an agent, and if so, their agent’s name
- The name(s) of the person(s) who will attend the Pre-Hearing Meeting
