(“RFP”) for the lease of community building facilities - 280 Westminster St
Proposal NO. 15/16-100
The Christchurch City Council invites proposals from interested parties for the operation of a community based organisation(s) with a focus on recreational or sporting activities within an existing building located at 280 Westminster St, Mairehau, Christchurch.
It is proposed to grant a lease over the premises, which consists of refurbished office space being 607m2 and an attached car parking area being 1,030m2.
The lease term will total 10 years (renewals inclusive) and submissions under the Request for Proposals close at noon on the 11th November 2015.
