Council is considering granting qualifying commercial operators licences for the use of certain Reserve Act administered land for the take off and landing of paragliders.
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Sections 54(2) and 119 of the Reserves Act that the Christchurch City Council proposes to grant licences to Christchurch Paragliding Ltd, Parapro Ltd and Cloudbase Paragliding NZ Ltd to launch and land paragliders from the reserves specified in Schedule A below.
