The Council is developing the new Redcliffs Park site at 136 Main Road and now invites proposals for potential community uses for the remaining building structure. The available premises consist of one building containing several large open plan areas and toilet/storage rooms, totaling approximately 390m2. The building requires minor repairs to be completed by the new Lessee.
