This meeting was not notified in accordance with Section 46(6) of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987, due to time constraints. An extraordinary meeting of the Infrastructure, Transport and Environment Committee will be held on Monday 25 February 2019 at 8.30am in the Civic Offices, 53 Hereford Street.
Because of time constraints it was not possible to notify the meeting in accordance with section 46(3) of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings act 1987. The business of the meeting is to consider the Major Cycleway, Heathcote Expressway, Section 1a detailed traffic resolutions and tree removals.
