The Impounding Act 1955 Section 46(2)
The undermentioned stock, having been seized for impounding by the Christchurch City Council is being held at the City Animal Shelter, Metro Place, Bromley.
NOTICE is hereby given that unless claimed by their owner/s and all charges paid, the stock will be sold by public auction, or otherwise disposed of in accordance with the Impounding Act 1955, at the City Stock Pound located at Metro Place, Bromley at 11.00am on Friday, 28 August 2015.
