The Christchurch City Council invites proposals from interested parties for the use of premises within the Botanic Gardens 'Tea Kiosk' Building. The Gardens are a top tier attraction for tourists and locals with substantial numbers visiting throughout the year.
Portions of the 'Tea Kiosk' building are leased to a hospitality operator. The Council is now seeking ideas for potential uses on the remaining vacant space. The available premises consist of a large open plan area and adjoining toilet/storage room, totalling approximately 200m2.
