A Public Excluded Extraordinary Meeting of the Coastal-Burwood Community was held on Monday 2 October 2017 in the New Brighton Board Room, corner Beresford and Union Street. Christchurch, commencing at 3.15pm. This meeting was not notified in accordance with Section 46(6) of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings act 1987, due to time constraints. The Board met to hear confidential deputations regarding, Muka Park: Future of the Flying Fox.
