Christchurch City Council notifies its intention to grant an easement over part of King Park in Mt Pleasant.
Pursuant to Section 48(2) of the Reserves Act 1977, Christchurch City Council notifies its intention to grant an easement over part of King Park reserve described in the schedule below, to protect a new domestic stormwater pipe from 57 St Andrews Hill Road at the top of the cliff near the rear of King Park down to an existing drain in the sealed accessway alongside the cliff.

- Approximately 11m2 (1m width) down the cliff face at the rear of King Park which is described as Res 4294 and part Res 4285 comprised in Record of Title CB420/178.
