Officers are recommending that the Waipapa Papanui-Innes-Central Community Board approves a new lease to The Sutton Heritage House and Garden Charitable Trust for a period of 20 years.
The lease is for the grounds and dwelling located at 20 Templar Street, Richmond for the continued use for an Artist-in residence programme, heritage conservation and community enrichment.
The land is held as a local parks in accordance with section 138 of the Local Government Act.
