The Christchurch City Council adopted the Trade Waste Bylaw 2025 at its meeting on 7 May 2025. The bylaw comes into force on 1 July 2025.
The Christchurch City Council adopted the Trade Waste Bylaw 2025 at its meeting on 7 May 2025. The bylaw comes into force on 1 July 2025 and will replace the Trade Waste Bylaw 2015.
The bylaw is available on the Council website www.ccc.govt.nz or at Te Hononga Council Civic Offices, 53 Hereford Street, Christchurch.
A printed copy of the bylaw may be obtained from Civic Offices on request, and at no charge.
