The Council is considering granting a lease to Physiosouth Limited to operate a physiotherapy premises.
Officers will be recommending to the Waihoro-Cashmere-Heathcote Community Board (under delegation from Council), that it approve a new lease to Physiosouth Limited, pursuant to the requirements of Section 138 of The Local Government Act 2002 for a period of up to nine (9) years commencing 1 October 2024.
Any person or organization wishing to either make a submission or object to the proposed lease may do so in writing no later than 5pm Tuesday 10 September 2024 to the contact person described below.
The land is located at 75 Lyttleton Street and part of lot 30-33 Deposited Plan 1968.
