New leases being considered
The Council is considering granting new ground leases to replace expired leases for the following sports clubs who own their own buildings on Council reserves, as shown below:
Cuthberts Green: Canterbury Amateur Billiards and Snooker Association,
King Park: Mt Pleasant Tennis Club
Heathcote Domain: Heathcote Community Sports Club
Waterloo Reserve No 1: Paparua Smallbore Club
Rawhiti Domain: New Brighton Rugby Football Club
Edgeware Tennis Club Reserve: Edgeware Tennis Club
Edgar McIntosh Park: Merivale Papanui Cricket Club
