Expressions of Interest for Occupation of Community Building Premises - former Westminster Street Depot.
The Christchurch City Council invites Expressions of Interest from interested parties for the operation of a community based organisation(s) with a focus on community, recreational or sporting activities, within an existing building located at 280 Westminster St, Mairehau, Christchurch.
It is proposed to grant a lease(s) over the premises, which consists of refurbished office space being 607m2 and an attached car parking area being 1,030m2. Applicants may submit proposals for smaller spaces within the building.
The lease term will total 10 years (renewals inclusive) and submissions under the Expressions of Interest close at noon on Friday, 1 September 2023.
