About Andrei
Andrei is a Romanian-born Kiwi who was elected as a Christchurch City Councillor for the Halswell Ward in 2022.
He has recently established a new Arts and Creative Industries portfolio at Council and believes that Christchurch should settle for nothing less than cementing its status as the capital of arts, culture and events capital of Aotearoa.
