Council will assess community groups and not-for-profit organisations that are interested in taking full ownership to either repair and lease, or to demolish, rebuild and lease or to alternatively purchase the property at 151 – 153 Gilberthorpes Road in an “as is where is” condition.
Community groups have until noon on 14 December 2022 to complete a Response Acknowledgement Form. The full Expression of Interest process is also closing at noon on Wednesday 14 December 2022.
Evaluation and discussions with the preferred community organisation will take place after the closing date.
