This includes repurposing some existing buildings within the site to predominantly support digital arts education, with a related commercial industry presence.
The proposal also seeks to establish new purpose-built, primarily commercial filming facility buildings with the provision of additional on-site car parking and associated new vehicle accesses, which will result in some loss of existing on-street parking.
No changes to the existing student accommodation located onsite are proposed.
