As the Council will be adopting its 2020/21 Annual Plan by the end of July 2020, there is not enough time following the close of consultation to complete a separate hearings process. Instead, we are holding hearings at the same time as receiving submissions, with the whole consultation process scheduled to be completed by 5pm Monday 29 June 2020.
Given the time constraints, opportunities to be heard will be limited but we will endeavour to accommodate submitters within the timeframe. Groups will be allocated five minutes to speak and individuals will have three minutes.
If you would like to be heard, please get in touch with us by 18 June 2020 on (03) 941 8999 or email@example.com. Hearings will be held in the Council chamber at the Civic Offices, 53 Hereford Street. Audio visual/audio link options will be available to submitters who do not wish to attend hearings in person.
