Resource Management Act 1991 Christchurch District Plan notice of Proposed Plan Change 5 to be made operative
The Christchurch City Council has approved Plan Change 5 to the Christchurch District Plan at its meeting on Tuesday, 12 December 2023.
These changes will become operative on 16 January 2024, in accordance with Clause 17(2) of Schedule 1 to the Resource Management Act.
The operative plan change is now available for public viewing online at https://districtplan.ccc.govt.nz or during normal opening hours at any of our service centres or libraries.
