Snap Send Solve works by identifying the location where your photo is taken using your phone's GPS data. It sends an email to the Council, including the type of incident, the address of the incident, a photo, and your contact details, plus any notes you add.

The more information provided, the better we can help investigate and resolve the problem. We allocate this to the relevant Council department.
