Our Contractor will be upgrading the well heads at Aldwins Pump Station site so that the local Aldwins Pump Station can supply unchlorinated drinking water. |

The water from the pump station is currently being treated with chlorine. Once this work is completed, the water will no longer need chlorine treatment. |

- Work will be undertaken at the Aldwins Pump Station over the next two months, upgrading two below-ground well heads.
- The work will allow the pump station to supply residents and businesses in the area with safe, unchlorinated drinking water.
- No traffic impacts are expected as all works will be contained inside the pump station area, located at the corner of Aldwins Road and Bass Street. (please refer to Map).
Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.
Safety
Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
