Processing timeframes – 15 July 2024 update
Consent processing timeframes and delays are as follows:
- Vetting applications:
- Within four working days.
- Start processing a consent application:
- Within 14 working days for residential.

- Within five working days for commercial.
June 2024 statutory processing timeframes of within 20 working days:
- 90.3% for residential. July to date: 89.6%.
- 88.6% for commercial. July to date: 72.4%.
