Groynes Ōtukaikino Planting Day

Dates: Saturday 2 October

Time: 10am to midday

Details: Come join us for a community planting day at The Groynes, along the Ōtukaikino River margin. The Ōtukaikino River is spring-fed, and provides valuable habitat for fish and other wildlife. We are planting along the banks in these areas to enhance biodiversity, stabilise from flooding, and help keep the waterway clean. Bring a pair of gloves and your enthusiasm!

Location: The Groynes - main car park, before heading through to the dog park.

Contact: Numbers limited under Level 2, please register your attendance via Eventfinda(external link)
