What |
We are upgrading the New Brighton Road stormwater pump station, including replacing the roof and upgrading parts. |
---|---|
Why |
The upgrade will ensure the pump station continues to work effectively to stop water levels becoming too high in Horseshoe Lake and spilling onto surrounding roads and property. |
Where |
205 New Brighton Road. |
When |
Work started on 23 March 2021 and is expected to be completed by late June 2022 (weather dependent). Work will be undertaken between Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 6pm. If work is required on a Saturday to ensure we meet the completion date, it will be between 7.30am to 4pm. |

The contractor is Seipp Construction. Phone Barry Hofmeyr on 021 710 916. |
