The contractor is Partridge Contracting Ltd. Phone 03 329 6320 between 8am to 5pm, Monday and Friday. Advise us if you have specific property access requirements e.g large vehicle deliveries, planned works, which could affected during these works. |
Details:
- There will be heavy machinery operating during this time, with construction plant and vehicle movements taken place during the day.
- There will be multiple sites active within the park at any given time during this construction period.
- There may be increased noise and dust during the works.
- Pedestrians will be directed to the nearest paths within the park to avoid construction related activities.
- Advanced warning signs will be in placed at each site, to warn the public of the work activities ahead and to direct pedestrians away from the works sites.
- Spotters will be on site to safely assist pedestrians during vehicle movements around the construction site.
- Two carpark areas will be effected by these works and will be temporarily closed at times during this construction period. Road side parking along Port Hills Road will not be effected.
- These works are expected to be completed by early to mid-December.
Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.
Safety
Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
