The contractor is Seipp Construction Ltd - Project Manager is Barry Hofmeyr. Ph 03 423 1718 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Please let them know if you have any specific property access needs (e.g. medical visits, home help, large vehicle deliveries, planned works, etc). |
- The footpath outside the work area will be closed for much of the project and pedestrians will be diverted to the opposite footpath.
- Cycle and traffic lanes will be diverted for a limited time. We will provide a separate notification about this later.
- There will be some construction noise typical of well-drilling work, but this will be kept to a minimum and between working hours as much as possible.
- A temporary pipeline will be installed between the site and the nearby drainage system, but this won’t have any further effect on access to properties.
Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.
Safety
Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
