- We will be carrying out earthquake repairs and strengthening on the Kapuatohe dwelling and cottage.
- Work is expected to begin in late October 2019. It is expected to be completed by mid-2020.
- You may notice some noise during construction but we will be making every effort to minimise disruption.
- Fencing will be up around both buildings while construction is underway
- Once repair and strengthening is complete, the intended use will be for residential purposes.

Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.
Safety
Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
