Details
- The play space at Corsair Bay Reserve is being renewed. The upgraded area will feature a large climbing frame, three slides, a three‑bay swing set, two see‑saws, an imaginative boat structure, musical play elements, nature‑based play features, talking tubes, and new seating and pathway connections.
- The wider reserve will remain open throughout the project; however, the walking tracks leading to and from the playground will be temporarily closed.
- Christchurch City Council has engaged Gill Landscapes to undertake the construction works.
- The project is expected to take approximately eleven weeks to complete, although this timeframe is dependent on weather conditions.
Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.
Safety
Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
