Details
During the enabling works
- There will be some noise, depending on the work we are carrying out.
- We need fine weather for the service relocation, and work may be delayed in the event of wet weather.
- Pedestrian access will be maintained through the site. Please follow the signage and directions of our traffic management staff.
- Please put your rubbish bins out for collection by 6am on your collection day. Our team will move and return them if needed.
Road Closure
- The road will be closed for one day, from 9am to 3pm, to enable trenches to be cut across the road. We will advise of the specific day, one week prior.
- Traffic Management staff will help to direct residents and business owners to their properties within the work area. Please contact Higgins Contractors in advance, if you have any specific access needs. Please allow a 15-minute waiting period.
Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.
Safety
Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
