Why	Replace undersized pipes and reduce the flooding issues in the area.

When	Work will start from Monday 28th August 2023 to Mid October. Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm (weather/site condition dependent).

Details:

We are carrying out some drainage work in your area.

The jobsite will be located in 50-54 Jollie Street, 10 Nalder Pl and 3/44 Jollie Street.
There will be traffic management in place during the works so please follow all signage as directed.
The work may result in increased dust, noise and vibrations, we will try to keep any disruption to a minimum and apologise in advance for any inconvenience.
Safety is our number one priority. Safety is your responsibility too. Stay clear and stay alert. Please keep children and pets at a safe distance from the worksite and construction machinery.
If you are not the owner of this property but are a tenant, it would be appreciated if you would pass this leaflet on to the owner for their information.

Noise

There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.

Bins

Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
