What	Resurfacing of the paths at Kyle Park
Why	The existing footpaths have deteriorated over time, and are due for a resurface
Where	Kyle Park, Hornby
When	Mid August 2023 to late October 2023. Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm (weather/site condition dependent).

The existing footpaths have deteriorated and reached the end of their expected lifespan, the opportunity will be taken to lift the height of the paths to better match the surrounding turf height, this will help prevent ponding on the paths in future.
The path leading to the toilet block will be re-aligned to avoid the existing trees, this will minimise the damage caused by tree roots.
Works will be undertaken in stages, and at times the rail underpass will need to be closed. Signage will be posted advising the dates for these closures, and these works will be completed between the hours of 9am and 3pm to ensure a minimum of disruption at the expected busy times.

Noise

There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.

Safety

Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.

Bins

Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
