Details
- Generally traffic management will involve keeping one direction of traffic flowing, with a posted detour for the other direction of traffic.
- Vehicle access to your property may be restricted at times during the works. The Contractor will make contact to discuss timing and work to minimise the disruption.
- Please advise us if you have any specific property access requirements e.g., medical visits, home help, large vehicle access, deliveries, planned works etc.
- The works may result in increased dust, noise and vibrations. We will try to keep any disruption to a minimum, and we apologise in advance for any inconvenience.
- Water supply to your property will be maintained, with a separate notice being given for the shut-off when connecting to the new pipes.
Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.
Safety
Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
