Selwyn Road - water supply renewals : Christchurch City Council

What	Renewal of water supply pipes.
Why	The pipes are old and the level of service is decreasing.
Where	Between Ross Terrace and Jacksons Road on Selwyn Road, Lyttleton.
When	03 April 2023 to 12 May 2023. Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm (weather/site condition dependent).
Contact	The contractor is JFC, the project manager is Mark Doherty. Phone 021 420 610, Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm. Contact Mark if you have specific property access requirements, eg, medical visits, home help, large vehicle deliveries, planned works

Traffic management and safety fencing will be in place for the duration of the works.
Please obey all traffic management signage and contractors instructions.
Access to your property may be restricted as the works proceed, the contractor will liaise regarding this and any temporary arrangements for access.
The contractor will endeavour to minimise disruption and will assist with any reasonable requests.
Council apologises for any inconvenience, please note that the contractor will give notice when water shut downs are required for connection works.

Noise

There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.

Safety

Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.

Bins

Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
