Kearneys Road - sub mains renewal : Christchurch City Council

What	We are replacing the water sub-main pipes, which are part of the annual renewals project.
Why	The existing sub-main pipes have reached the end of their service life and require replacing.
Where	Kearneys Road, Linwood.
When	27 March 2023 to 30 April 2023. Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm (weather/site condition dependent).
Contact	The contractor is Trenching Dynamics. Phone Daniel Young 0273423488, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Advise us if you have specific property access requirements e.g. medical visits, home help, large vehicle deliveries, planned works.

There may be times when vehicle access to properties is temporarily restricted. The contractor will door knock beforehand to allow residents to move vehicles if necessary.
The work may result in increased dust, noise and vibrations. We will try to keep any disruption to a minimum.

Noise

There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.

Safety

Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.

Bins

Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
