Details
- Water supply maintenance staff from City Care will be in the area carrying out investigation works to determine how some properties that do not have a boundary box get their water
- They may have to enter onto properties to run outside taps in order to determine where their connection point may be, in this case they will door knock to inform the residents of their work
- Council apologises for any inconvenience this may cause, but it is important that we know where each property gets its water supply from in order to complete the design for the project
- Council thanks residents for their co-operation.
Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.

Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
