1. That permission be granted to extend a feature driveway beyond the site boundary:
(a) Where footpaths do not exist and are unlikely to be installed in the foreseeable future; or
(b) Where grass berm areas are adjacent to the property boundary and the treatment does not extend to the footpath area.
2. That in a non-residential property where paver treatment is carried out this treatment could be extended to the footpath at the discretion of the Roading Manager.
3. That permission be granted subject to:
(a) Materials and construction specifications being approved by the Roading Manager
(b) All costs associated with installation and future maintenance of the driveway extension being met by the property owner
(c) Reinstatement of the driveway following authorised works on legal road being the responsibility of the property owner.
