That the new, Council corporate logo not be made available to any group or individual, except the Council as a whole under the terms of its copyright.
- That the square Christchurch garden city logo remain[s] available to anyone who wishes to use it, but that the new, Council corporate logo not be made available to any group or individual, except the Council as a whole under the terms of its copyright. This would exclude its use by elected members in any context which could reasonably be construed as campaigning for elections.
- That the use of the Council Crest continue[s] to require the prior approval of the Legal Services Manager.
