Proposal - Expansion of the sculptural gardens tourist activity

This proposal includes;

  • To construct an entrance building and access for the existing ‘The Giants House’.
  • To construct a café in association with the ‘Giants House’. 
  • To expand The Giants House sculptural garden at 70 Rue Balguerie to include 74 Rue Balguerie.
  • The applicant has made amendments to the proposal (including hours of operation, visitor numbers and café building design) since the release of the s95 notification decision.
