We’re making it safer for you to get around the Beckenham Loop, no matter how you travel. We’re proposing to lower the speed limit from 50 km/h to 40 km/h on some streets.

For speed limits and parking restrictions to be effective, they need to be understood and supported by the community.
That’s why we want to hear from you.
We received 157 submissions from local residents and two organisations.

The Council decided to approve the new speed limit, on 10 June 2021.
