Aimed at those new to spin. You’ll get a good workout while learning different aspects of spin training, including bike set up, technique, use of resistance, riding positions and Body Bike App.

Starts 12 March 2019 and runs every Tuesday at 6.30pm for four weeks at Pioneer Rec & Sport Centre

Beginner's Spin sessions

  • Week 1 – bike set up, basic riding positions, flat and moderate hill tracks
  • Week 2 – recap week 1, introducing speed and strength tracks
  • Week 3 – recap week 2, introducing how to use the app, introducing jumps, hovers and reverse
  • Week 4 – normal class intensity.

Class duration: 50 minutes – same as a normal Spin class
