Learn the principles of pilates with the combined introduction/level 1 classes. Extend your training by progressing through the Level 2 and 3 classes.

Graham Condon's fitness centre and sports halls are open. The pools will reopen from 25 May following refurbishments.
Pioneer's pools and group fitness programmes are available. The fitness centre will reopen later this month following roof and ventilation system upgrades.
Online bookings are now essential for our pools, fitness centres and group fitness classes, to help manage numbers and avoid waiting times. You can book up to seven days ahead, with easy cancellation via your email notification.
For programmes such as Swimsmart, gymnastics and sport group bookings, the standard booking process applies.
The spa pools, saunas, steam rooms and showers are not available. Please bring your own towel, goggles, drink bottle and mat for group fitness classes.
Payments are going cashless - you can use your EFTPOS card and payWave to pay at our centres.

These fees are applicable for all levels of pilates and yoga. Prices are based on one weekly lesson for a 10-week term. Prices will be adjusted accordingly if a term consists of more or less than 10 weeks.
