Learn the principles of Pilates with the combined Introduction/Level One classes. Extend your training by progressing through the Level Two and Three classes.

Capacity restrictions have been lifted so you can enjoy the pools, fitness centres and group fitness classes with friends and whānau. Tumbletimes, preschool gymnastics and the Southern Centre are all open and running as normal.
Please note that Pioneer’s main pool, wave pool, spa and sauna are closed for six months from Saturday 14 November.
You can book in for your group fitness class, including spin and aquafit. Swimsmart bookings are also open.
Pilates is available at Pioneer Recreation and Sport Centre.
The January Pilates programme will begin on Tuesday 5 January and run for five weeks. Bookings open on Monday 14 December and close on Sunday 17 January.
Our term one Pilates programme will begin on Tuesday 9 February and run until Sunday 18 April 2021. Bookings open on Monday 14 December and close on Sunday 28 February.

All equipment is provided, wear comfortable clothing and feel free to bring water with you.
These fees are applicable for all levels of Pilates and Yoga. Prices are based on one weekly lesson for a 10-week term. Prices will be adjusted accordingly if a term consists of more or less than 10 weeks.
