Pre-school gymnastics promotes movement and coordination in children of all abilities aged 3 to 4 years old.

Classes build on fundamental movement skills to support body and brain development and enable confidence in a safe and social group environment.

Our classes are filled with activities to develop confidence, fundamental movement and coordination. Kids will learn basic gymnastic skills and, in the process, develop better coordination and greater confidence.

Parents are required to remain in the stadium while classes run.
