Classes are designed to help older adults, and those with limited mobility, increase strength while gaining, and retaining, general fitness and the sense of wellbeing. Please inform the tutor of any medical conditions you have prior to the class.
All our centres are open. Capacity restrictions have been lifted so you can enjoy the pools, fitness centres and group fitness classes with friends and whānau.

Bubbletimes, Sleepytimes, adult swim lessons and the full Swimsmart programme will resume from Monday 28 September. Swimsmart bookings are now open.
Tumbletimes, gymnastics and the Southern Centre are all open and running as normal.
