Our fitness centres offer a range of cardio, strength building and functional equipment for you to improve your fitness and wellbeing.
As a Gym or Gym & Pool member(external link), our fitness instructors will work with you to set health and fitness goals to create your very own personalised fitness programme. To keep your workout fresh, book a new personal programme every 12 weeks.
Fitness centres are located at all of our Recreation and Sport Centres - Graham Condon, Jellie Park, Pioneer and Taiora QEII.
