A great spot to keep cool and splash around with friends and whānau over the summer.

Templeton Summer Pool is closed until summer 2023/2024.

Templeton Summer Pool is located at 62 Kirk Road, Templeton,(external link) and is open over the summer months Monday to Sunday 7am to 8pm.

Entry is only possible with a season pass membership or if accompanied by a member.

The pool includes a:

  • four-lane, 25-metre pool, with a depth of 0.8m to 1.3m 
  • toddlers pool

There is no lifeguard at this pool and it is not wheelchair accessible.

You can take the yellow line bus(external link) to get here, or use the onsite parking or bike stands at the Templeton Community Centre.

Supervision of children in the pool

  • All children under 16 need to be supervised by a responsible adult, who is also a key holder.
  • Children under five years old must be within arm’s reach and under constant supervision by a responsible caregiver aged 16 or older in the pool at all times.
  • Children between the ages of five and seven (inclusive) must be actively supervised by a responsible caregiver aged 16 or older who is to be within the pool area at all times and able to provide immediate assistance.
