Leisure clubs for older adults

Leisure clubs open up new and exciting opportunities for leisure and community involvement. The programmes feature gentle exercise, games, ten pin bowling, indoor bowls, guest speakers, mystery tours, outings, and some art and crafts.

Programmes run each week and are a great way to meet new people and do interesting activities. Come along to one of our clubs and enjoy a social outing with afternoon tea and plenty of chatter.
