To upgrade the existing intersection. Works to include new kerb and channel, full reconstruction of the existing carriageway and all associated drainage works and road marking. Works will also include the installation of new traffic signals, and upgrading the street lighting. |

The existing intersection at Halswell Rd and Augustine Drive is being upgraded to accommodate the anticipated increase in traffic volumes as a result of the new developments at Monsaraz Blvd and Nga Puna Wai Sports Hub. |

During the works traffic management will generally consist of:
- shoulder closures
- contra flow (lane shifts) on Halswell Road
- 30 kph speed restriction will be enforced through the works.
Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.

Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
